Refunds are made under the regulations described in the User Agreement .
Customer has the right to request a refund at any time. Refunds are transferred to the same bank data that were used. Other conditions can be carried out if agreed by the parties.
Refunds for services already rendered are not provided.
If it is impossible to provide the service to the customer or if the customer violates the terms of the Agreement and the Terms of Service, the company has the right to unilaterally return the funds to the bank data that were used to make the payment.
